Delivery within Peninsular Malaysia

Delivery to Sabah / Sarawak
Kangaroo Worldwide Express: RM6.50.
Delivery Time - Within Peninsular Malaysia
To assure you are on-time delivery, please allow a minimum of 3 - 5 working days for your items to be delivered within Peninsular Malaysia. This is only applied to Online payment via Visa and Master Card.
Delivery Time - Sabah / Sarawak
For East Malaysia 3 - 6 working days for an accurate delivery. Please refer to our delivery charges section.
Return Policy
We will accept returns from customers for purchases sent back and received by us within 7 days of receipt of the shipment on the following conditions:

Any gift items in its original, unopened and unused condition provided it is our own delivery or processing error. You may return within 3 days of receipt of your order. Upon receipt of the return goods, we will send a brand new unit to you. All shipping charges will be borne by us.

Any items which shows the sign of leakage or broken or defective at the time of delivery. Notify us immediately within 24 hours of the day of order receipt via email: sales@enerflex2u.com
or
call mobile customer service personnel at 012-3086117. (All notification beyond 24 hours will not be entertained) Upon receipt of the faulty goods, we will send a brand new unit to you. All shipping charges will be borne by us.

We will arrange our shipping provider to pick up the return goods at your door step. Please state the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip. Enclosed the slip in the carton, wrap it securely.

We will extend a full refund for the price of any item that fulfills the above requirements. We regret that shipping cost for your purchase will only be refunded if the return had been due to an oversight on our part.
